Taco Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Chop up the onion and green pepper.
  2. In a medium pot, brown the ground beef with the onion and green pepper.
  3. Open all cans, and add to the meat mixture. DO NOT drain or rinse anything.
  4. Add taco seasoning and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, green onion, and even cilantro. I use a tortilla chip as my spoon. Enjoy!
