  • How long does it take to receive my planner?

    • We work with a great local small business who manufactures your planner in the order it has been received. Please expect 2 to 4 weeks from the purchase date to receive your order.

  • It says my shipping label is created and it still has not shipped.

    • We have learned that our manufacturer prints the shipping label once your planner is put in a batch to be created. From the time the label is printed to the time it actually ships could take up to 10 days. 

  • What is the difference between the “Daily” and “Weekly” planners?

    • The weekly planner is designed to help you POP in your week. There are multiple pages and areas to help you focus on your daily routines such as morning, evening, zone cleaning, weekly expenses, menu planning & more!

    • The Daily planner is designed to help you POP in your day. It has a single page per day with areas to help you focus on your daily routines, to do’s, menu & more!

  • What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

    • If your order is damaged in any way or the order was not correct, please contact us through the Customer Service page on shesinherapron.com

  • What is the return policy?

    • If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us through the Customer Service page on shesinherapron.com. If the item has not been used then we will work with you in processing the return and a refund. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • There are currently certain addresses that are not available for us to ship to at this time. When ordering the item it will tell you if your address is available. 

    • NOTE: Currently Australia is unavailable and we are trying to correct that. 

  • How do I contact you for branding deals, collabs, etc.?
