Slow Cooker Sausage and Peppers

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz package of sausage
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 can Italian diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbs Italian seasoning

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut your sausage into 1/4 pieces.
  2. Dice the peppers and onion and add to the slow cooker.
  3. Mince the garlic and add in with the Italian seasoning.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
  5. Serve up with rice, pasta or even a hoagie roll. Enjoy!
