Slow Cooker Gingerbread Oatmeal

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups uncooked steel-cut oats
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 TBS cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 8 cups water
  • 1/4 cup molasses

Topping ideas: milk, raisins, yogurt, whipped cream, chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray
  2. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 or 8 hrs on low.
