INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trim rough ends
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3-4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbs olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray the inside of a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Place asparagus down in the casserole dish and drizzle olive oil over the spears.
- Sprinkle the asparagus with Parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt.
- Roast until a fork easily inserts into the thickest part of the stem, about 10-12 minutes.
