Roasted Parmesan Garlic Asparagus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trim rough ends
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3-4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbs olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray the inside of a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place asparagus down in the casserole dish and drizzle olive oil over the spears.
  3. Sprinkle the asparagus with Parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt.
  4. Roast until a fork easily inserts into the thickest part of the stem, about 10-12 minutes.
