Ma’s Macaroni Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup diced red or white onion
  • 1/2 cup or 1 whole diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 1 can tuna fish drained
  • salt and pepper
  • any other seasonings to your liking

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook macaroni according to the package directions.
  2. Drain and rinse macaroni under cold water and add into a bowl.
  3. Chop up the onion, green pepper, and celery.
  4. Drain the tuna fish.
  5. Mix in Miracle Whip, chopped veggies, and tuna fish.  Mix well and season with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings of your liking.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
