INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 cup diced red or white onion
- 1/2 cup or 1 whole diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups Miracle Whip
- 1 can tuna fish drained
- salt and pepper
- any other seasonings to your liking
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook macaroni according to the package directions.
- Drain and rinse macaroni under cold water and add into a bowl.
- Chop up the onion, green pepper, and celery.
- Drain the tuna fish.
- Mix in Miracle Whip, chopped veggies, and tuna fish. Mix well and season with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings of your liking.
- Cover and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
