INGREDIENTS:

  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1-3 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Mustard
  • 2 TBS Dill relish
  • 2-3 Tbs grated onion juice
  • Garlic salt
  • Paprika
  • dried parsley

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Hard boil the number of eggs you need.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and add the yolks to another bowl.
  3. Mash up yolks, and add mayonnaise, as much as needed to blend well.
  4. Add in garlic salt, and salt to taste
  5. Pipe yolk into the eggs, and top with sprinkled paprika, and dried parsley
