Cranberry Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 oz cranberries (frozen works just as well)
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  •  2 green onions
  •  1 cup sugar
  •  Juice of a lime
  •  1/4 tsp cumin powder
  •  1/2 tsp depending on taste

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to chop.
  2. Place in a bowl, and chill for an hour before serving.
  3. Serve over cream cheese and crackers.
