Berry Oatmeal Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup of mixed berries

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  2. Add muffin liners to your pan.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the first four wet ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups.
  6. Top each muffin with the berries.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
