INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
- 1- 10.75 oz can tomato soup
- 1-14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 2-14.5 oz cans of chicken stock or broth
- 10 oz frozen or fresh cheese tortellini
- 1-80z bar of cream cheese (at room temp.)
- 3 minced garlic gloves
DIRECTIONS:
- Brown up the sausage. You can your ground sausage or peal sausage from its casing. Add to the slow cooker.
- Pour in your cans of tomato soup, petite diced tomatoes, and chicken stock or broth.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hrs or high for 2-3 hrs.
- After cooking, add the minced garlic, and cream cheese. Mix the cream cheese well into the soup.
- Add In the cheese tortellini and cook for 15-30 min. Enjoy!
