Slow Cooker Tomato Tortellini Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1- 10.75 oz can tomato soup
  • 1-14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2-14.5 oz cans of chicken stock or broth
  • 10 oz frozen or fresh cheese tortellini
  • 1-80z bar of cream cheese (at room temp.)
  • 3 minced garlic gloves

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brown up the sausage. You can your ground sausage or peal sausage from its casing. Add to the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in your cans of tomato soup, petite diced tomatoes, and chicken stock or broth.
  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hrs or high for 2-3 hrs.
  4. After cooking, add the minced garlic, and cream cheese. Mix the cream cheese well into the soup.
  5. Add In the cheese tortellini and cook for 15-30 min. Enjoy!
