Slow Cooker Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Cook Time:

Low 4 hrs High 2 hrs

Servings:

4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (2lb) pork loin or tenderloin
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup packet
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup of chicken stock/broth
  • 3 Tbs soy sauce
  • 5-10 minced bulbs of garlic (trust me! The more garlic spread on top the better)
  • black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place tenderloin or loins in slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl or large measuring cup mix the onion packet with the stock, water, and soy sauce.
  3. Pour over the pork loin.
  4. Mince garlic and spread on top of loins
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for two.

NOTES: If you open a can of chicken stock or broth, you can use the whole can to replace the 1 cup of water. I have been doing this now. Or you can replace the 3/4 cup stock or broth with red wine.
