INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (2lb) pork loin or tenderloin
- 1 envelope dry onion soup packet
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup of chicken stock/broth
- 3 Tbs soy sauce
- 5-10 minced bulbs of garlic (trust me! The more garlic spread on top the better)
- black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Place tenderloin or loins in slow cooker.
- In a bowl or large measuring cup mix the onion packet with the stock, water, and soy sauce.
- Pour over the pork loin.
- Mince garlic and spread on top of loins
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for two.
NOTES: If you open a can of chicken stock or broth, you can use the whole can to replace the 1 cup of water. I have been doing this now. Or you can replace the 3/4 cup stock or broth with red wine.
