Pistachio Fluff Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 3.4 oz instant pistachio pudding
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 bag of mini marshmallows
  • Add any other fruit like fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges and even sliced bananas.

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, pudding, pineapple, and marshmallows.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Have set up in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
