Piña Colada Fruit Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. With a mixer beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In the same bowl add in the cream of coconut & pineapple juice. Mix until it’s creamy & smooth.
  3. Fold in the softened cool whip and have it evenly combined.
  4. Chill in your fridge for an hour before serving.
  5. Serve with fruit, crackers, pretzels, and even pound cake.
