INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz cool whip
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
DIRECTIONS:
- With a mixer beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- In the same bowl add in the cream of coconut & pineapple juice. Mix until it’s creamy & smooth.
- Fold in the softened cool whip and have it evenly combined.
- Chill in your fridge for an hour before serving.
- Serve with fruit, crackers, pretzels, and even pound cake.
