INGREDIENTS
- 1 (3-4 lbs) chuck roast
- 4-5 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
Sliders Sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
DIRECTIONS
- Place roast in the slow cooker with the ranch and gravy mix sprinkled on top. Add in the butter and pepperoncini.
- Cook over low heat for 8 hrs.
- When done cooking, shred and remove as much fat as possible.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls of your choice on the bottom of the baking dish and place shredded meat on top.
- Place slices of provolone cheese on top of meat then place the buns on top.
- To make the sauce that will pour over the top of the sliders, melt butter, add brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder, and mix.
- Brush sauce on sliders generously, cover with tin foil and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Take the foil off and bake for another 10 minutes.
