Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded, or a bag of premade coleslaw
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbs sugar
  • 4 tsp apple cider vinegar

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar well. Taste and adjust with more sugar or vinegar if necessary.
  2. Stir the coleslaw in, or shredded cabbage and shredded carrots.
  3. Let sit in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
