INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups fresh broccoli cut into bite sizes
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup Craisins or sliced grapes
- 1/2 lb of chopped bacon
- 1/4 cup seedless sunflower seeds or cashews
DRESSING:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbs apple cider or red wine vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all salad ingredients.
- in a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients, then add to the salad and mix well.
- Refrigerate at least and hour before serving.
