Broccoli Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli cut into bite sizes
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup Craisins or sliced grapes
  • 1/2 lb of chopped bacon
  • 1/4 cup seedless sunflower seeds or cashews

 

DRESSING:

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbs apple cider or red wine vinegar

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1.  Mix all salad ingredients.
  2. in a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients, then add to the salad and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate at least and hour before serving.
