Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 Large Apples
  • 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 TBS cornstarch
  • 2 TBS cubbed butter

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1.  Peel apples and cute in desired chunks, add to medium bowl.
  2. Mix in with the apples the rest of the ingredients, except for the butter
  3. Mix all together well and pour into your pie shell.
  4. Top with a few pads of butter.
  5. Add on the top crust and cut vent marks into the dough.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees and then 45 min at 350 degrees.
